NEW EVIDENCE. Sir Keir Starmer and Lord David Cameron Actively Involved in Israeli War Crimes. Beyond Reasonable Doubt.
This important new documentary from Channel 4 Dispatches, ‘Britain’s Gaza Secrets Exposed’ gathers Foreign Office documents and proves that Lord Cameron not only directly misled the Foreign Affairs Committee but that he repeatedly conspired with others to mislead Parliament.
He made decisions directly against the evidence that Israel was not breaching International Humanitarian Law (IHL) and implemented systems that made it impossible for the Foreign Office ever to make this determination. He then signed off arms export licenses for weapons that were used to continue the genocide in Gaza.
The evidence shows that Cameron must have known that Israel was repeatedly in breach of IHL. As Foreign Secretary he didn’t even have to be that certain. If there was just a risk that the weapons could be used to breach IHL it would be unlawful for him to sign an arms export licence.
Cameron is clearly guilty beyond any doubt and there is no Crown Immunity for war crimes. The evidence against Starmer is even more fulsome and is supported in this documentary with startling insight into an online meeting he held with British doctors who had worked in Gaza.
Criminal liability extends to many other individuals: David Lammy, Starmer’s Foreign Secretary, ministers in the previous government, led by Rishi Sunak, officials in several departments and possibly some members of the military who cannot rely on ‘just following orders’ as a defence.
This is probably the greatest ever scandal within the British state, eclipsing the Post Office Scandal, Contaminated Blood, Windrush, Nuclear Test Veterans, Bloody Sunday. It becomes ever more serious the longer that it is covered up.
On past performance, cover-up will be the top priority of the state. It remains to be seen whether that can be sustained in the modern age. At the very least, it is clear that Sunak, Cameron, Starmer and Lammy are war criminals. They must be pursued relentlessly, along with Putin, Netanyahu and others, just as we eventually brought the Nazi, Rwandan and former Yugoslavian war criminals to justice.
