The life and times of Peter Reynolds
I’m certainly no Labour party supporter and I don’t believe ol’ Tone is a perfect human being but he makes Cameron, Osborne and Clegg look like the useless muppets they really are.
Tony Blair is a class act and British politics is diminished by his absence.

Rubbish. Tony Blair ruined this country, and its democracy. I’m glad he’s gone.

Greeting, Peter – I hadn’t realised you were back.
Cameron, Clegg and Osborne are all Blair wannabees.
They’re mere amateur, lightweight thieves, liars and manipulators, whereas he’s the real deal,

Can;t agree with you there Peter. Cameron, Osborne and Clegg are certainly useless, but Blair was not so much useless as self-serving. if he had been prepared to demit office as Prime Minister with some dignity he might have salvaged something: Edward Heath went on to a great back-bench career in the Commons, and Blair’s undeniable oratorical talent could have shredded the current bunch. But he simply wasn’t interested in serving his country, his party, or the constituents who had kept on electing him. The very day he stopped being PM he abandoned the lot like a spoiled child and fled to make millions in the private sector. If his absence diminishes British politics just remember that he is absent by choice, because he was more interested in money than in duty or honour.
