High Court Orders Judgement Against Greg ‘Cure Ukay’ De Hoedt.
The High Court has granted judgement in my favour in my Claim for defamation against Greg De Hoedt.
A hearing will take place on 11th April 2014 to determine the amount of damages and costs he must pay me. Supported by this judgement I will now apply for an injunction preventing him from any further defamation or harassment.
Only The Disgusting Daily Mail Could Make Me Sympathise With Harriet Harman.

Harriet Harman and her colleagues have been traduced and defamed by the Daily Mail in the most appalling, malicious and disgusting fashion.
There is probably no politician with whom I more profoundly disagree and who irritates me more than Ms Harman. In this instance though, having been smeared myself in similar fashion, I give her my unqualified support. It is a timely coincidence that the vile Paedophile Information Exchange (PIE) was used in the latest smear attack on me by Chris Bovey and his gang of Twitter trolls.
Snide, cheap, so-called journalists like Andrew Pierce are beneath contempt. People like him (and there are many more amidst the semi-literate underclass of bloggers) resort to such tactics because they are incapable of decent criticism of those they oppose. Instead they seek to repress free speech and argue for guilt by association. It is what the Daily Mail thrives on. It is what demeans British politics, perhaps more than anything else.
The result is that everyone; journalist, blogger, Daily Mail hack, even the chap leaning against the bar in his local, is cautious of expressing views on controversial subjects, just in case the thought police pounce on them. It is the curse of political correctness and one thing is certain – it is wrong!
Quite clearly, to any decent, reasonably knowledgeable person, in the 1970s the National Council for Civil Liberties (NCCL) was fighting against the censorship and repression personified in Mary Whitehouse. It is no surprise to me that PIE should have sought to associate itself with the campaign for liberty. It is absolutely right that the NCCL and Ms Harman, however much they rightly condemn PIE’s aims, should defend its right to argue its case.

Those who use smear and innuendo in an effort to implicate others in such vile behaviour are as are as guilty as the abusers they complain of. I wish that the Daily Mail should be made to pay very dearly for its abuse. Andrew Pierce should retreat to the gutter where he belongs alongside the paedophiles whose morality he matches.
The Truth Behind The Peter Reynolds Hate Campaign.
I am delighted to announce that a new website is in the process of construction which will set out all the facts and evidence about the hate campaign that I have been subject to since I was elected as leader of CLEAR. Two people have volunteered to run this on my behalf and I am most grateful to them. Stringent security precautions will be taken to protect them as those who run the campaign against me have shown that they are prepared to use abuse, harassment, blackmail, intimidation and all sorts of threats including violence.
Chris Bovey
The principal ringleader, Chris Bovey of Totnes, succeeded in having my claim for defamation struck out in the High Court last month. In essence, he has spent about £50,000 with his lawyers to have my Claim struck out without any of the evidence or issues being heard. Of course, this was his only hope because the evidence against him is impossible to defeat. It is by his own hand and shows unequivocally that he is a liar and was acting out of malice in everything that he published about me and paid others to publish. All the evidence will shortly be published on the new website.
My appeal against the Order striking out my claim is being prepared. The Order is in direct conflict with Article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights, incorporated into the Human Rights Act 1998, which states:
“In the determination of [my] civil rights [I am] entitled to a fair and public hearing within a reasonable time by an independent and impartial tribunal established by law.”
There has, of course, been no hearing at all on any of the evidence or issues which my Claim concerns.
Sarah McCulloch
Another leader of the hate campaign is Sarah McCulloch, who has written a whole series of defamatory articles about me making all sorts of false and quite ridiculous accusations. I discovered when she filed a defence that she suffers from two diagnosed mental health conditions. I therefore made very generous offers to her to settle which would have avoided her paying me any damages at all. All I asked was that she remove the lies about me that she has published on her website.
However, in response she has perjured herself in an application to the Court which she failed to give me notice of. A hearing will be held shortly at which the Court will consider her perjury and the deception she used in making an application which I knew nothing about. Just yesterday I received a long pleading document from her in which she admits she has made a ‘mistake’. I do not know what the consequences will be for her but my offer of settlement remains open.
Greg De Hoedt
Greg ‘Cure Ukay’ De Hoedt spent six months publishing the disgusting lie that I am a paedophile. He has now spent more than a year hiding from me and trying to evade service of my Claim, using both his mother and Bovey to provide false information to the Court. However, a hearing was held on 5th November 2013 giving him a final opportunity to accept service which he has failed to do. A further hearing is now due at which judgment will be entered against him.
There are of course a few other footsoldiers involved who continue to stalk me and post abuse wherever I or my work with CLEAR are mentioned. Full details of their identities and evidence of their activities will also be published on the new website.
Stuart Wyatt
Probably the most prolific is the severely disabled Stuart Wyatt of Plymouth. He already has a terrible reputation as an internet troll and for violent attacks on people using his wheelchair. Sadly, he has little else to do with his life. He deluges me with emails on at least a weekly basis and has spent years stalking me and trying to stir up hatred against me. All his vile abuse will be published on the new website.
Also there is the hilarious Peter Reynolds Watch website, funded by Bovey and based offshore in Iceland where it is out of reach of the Court. At first this caused me great worry and distress. However, in the last year or so it has descended so far into absurdity that it has become a parody of itself, so ridiculous that it shows very clearly how dishonest and malicious are those responsible for it.

Online Trolls Are Psychopaths And Sadists, Psychologists Claim.

Canadian researchers have confirmed what most people suspected all along: that internet trolls are archetypal Machiavellian sadists.
In a survey conducted by the group of psychologists, people who partake in so-called trolling online showed signs of sadism, psychopathy, and were Machiavellian in their manipulation of others and their disregard for morality.
The researchers defined online trolling as “the practice of behaving in a deceptive, destructive, or disruptive manner in a social setting on the Internet” for no purpose other than their pleasure.
To achieve the results, the team asked internet users about subjects including how much time they spend online, and whether they comment on websites such as YouTube.
They were also given tests that measured their responses against psychology’s “Dark Tetrad”: narcissism, Machiavellianism, psychopathy and a sadistic personality.
Questions also surrounded sadistic statements including: ”I enjoy physically hurting people,” “I enjoy making jokes at the expense of others” and “I enjoy playing the villain in games and torturing other characters.”
“It was sadism, however, that had the most robust associations with trolling of any of the personality measures,” said psychologists from the University of Manitoba, University of Winnipeg and University of British Columbia in an article published in the ‘Personality and Individual Differences’ journal.
It went on to claim that trolls are “agents of chaos” that exploit “hot-button issues” to inflame and exploit users’ emotions,
“If an unfortunate person falls into their trap, trolling intensifies for further, merciless amusement. This is why novice Internet users are routinely admonished, ‘Do not feed the trolls!’,” the study warned.
The team concluded that those who enjoyed trolling more than other activities, such debating and making friends, had tendencies in line with the psychological “Dark Tetrad”.
Perhaps most worryingly, the psychologists based their conclusion on cyber-trolling being an “Internet manifestation of everyday sadism,” rather than merely on online phenomenon.
It is thought the findings may contribute towards a trend of sites such as YouTube and the Huffington Post requiring users to comment using registered accounts rather than allowing anonymous posts.

Chris Bovey’s Gang Of Twitter Trolls.
This is the serial abuser Chris Bovey’s latest escapade – as vile, offensive and disgusting as everything else he’s been publishing about me since the end of March 2012. This is the true measure of the man.
I’ve kept quiet about his behaviour and the vast quantity of evidence I have about him but as I wrote last week, I shall not be silent any more. This is the sort of attack that I have been subject to on virtually a daily basis for nearly two years, all at the hands of the gang that Bovey runs and finances out of the profits from the sale of highly toxic, synthetic cannabinoids.
Just recently I’ve become aware of the way that so many women, similarly abused on Twitter, deal with it. They re-tweet. They display their abusers in all their shameful glory. That is what I’m now going to do with Bovey and his gang of trolls. I am going to publish all the disgusting abuse, blackmail, threats and harassment they have been engaged in, not just against me but against my family and my colleagues on the CLEAR executive committee.
This fake Twitter account, as you will see, has been set up in my name a few days ago (my genuine Twitter username is @TweeterReynolds) and has used a photo of me, copied from my Facebook page, which was only taken last Saturday when I was at a rugby match with my two sons. This has been superimposed over a picture of a public toilet and uses a ‘paedophile information exchange’ header which shows an adult having sex with a child. This sums up perfectly the typical behaviour and mindset of Bovey and his gang.
There are also pictures of Derek Williams and Mark Palmer (wearing his ‘dealer’ costume when we were filming a video). Derek and Mark are two of the longest serving and most respected cannabis law reform campaigners in Britain. Shortly I will publish an article detailing the abuse that Bovey and his gang have subjected them to. In particular, disgusting intimidation and threats against Derek and the most dreadful abusive bullying by Bovey in person which will shock any decent person when they read it.
I didn’t know what the NAMbLA logo was until I googled it. It’s the North American Man/Boy Love Association, a paedophile advocacy group. Perhaps Bovey got this idea from Greg ‘Cure Ukay’ de Hoedt. He spent six months posting messages on Facebook that I am a paedophile and posting forged sex profiles of me. I am hopeful of obtaining judgment against him in the High Court very shortly. There must be many people who don’t know the true character of those who set up NORML UK after their hijack of the CLEAR website and theft of our membership list. They have dragged the good name of NORML into the gutter in Britain.
There is a vast quantity of evidence of Bovey’s abuse which I shall be posting over the next few weeks.
Chris Bovey, The Thief, Liar And Abuser Must Pay £50,000.

Today, there was a hearing at the Royal Courts of Justice before Master Eastman. A Master is a junior judge who is concerned only with procedural matters. Bovey’s very pretty barrister, Yuli Takatsuki, applied to have my claim for defamation struck out on the grounds that my “pleadings are plainly defective” – and she succeeded.
In plain English that means that none of the issues or evidence were considered. My claim was struck out because I didn’t comply with all the highly technical wording that was necessary to have my case considered.
As Master Eastman put it:
“Pleading in defamation cases is a minefield for the amateur and Mr Reynolds has not got through the minefield.”
So I am immensely satisfied that Bovey has been made to pay. An order for costs has been made against me but Master Eastman has invited me to appeal to a more senior judge and I will. I may well be able to get my claim reinstated.
Master Eastman’s ruling, based on guidance previously given by the most senior media judge, the Honourable Mr Justice Tugendhat, effectively prohibits litigants in person from bringing claims for defamation. It means that it is virtually impossible without expert lawyers with access to specialist reference and law libraries as the requirements are so highly technical and complex. This raises extremely serious issues about access to justice under Article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
If Master Eastman’s ruling is not challenged it will mean that any wealthy individual who runs a campaign of lies, abuse, harassment and defamation, as Bovey has against me, will be able to get away with it. All they have to do, as Bovey has done, is pay their lawyers to delay, obfuscate and divert the proceedings until they are struck out without the issues and evidence even being considered.
So this case is set to run and run. I am not about to back down. Bullies and cowards like Bovey need to be stood up to. There will be more days in court and, if he continues to hide behind his expensive lawyers, more big bills.
Also, now that I have done the right thing and tried to resolve our dispute in the proper way, honour has been satisfied. I no longer feel any moral obligation to hold back on the evidence I have about Bovey.
Therefore, in due course I shall publish the cast iron, documentary proof of his theft, lies, duplicity and his involvement in an international gang of “legal highs” distributors. This is where his wealth comes from by selling highly toxic and dangerous substances, mainly to young people. This is what has enabled him to organise and pay his accomplices to publish lies and abuse about me. In his own words, dated and time stamped, you will read exactly how he planned his campaign against me and the other people he has involved.
So, expect to see the usual crowing and celebration from Bovey’s sycophants and pet trolls. That will have died down in a week or so. Then I shall start to publish. I won’t indulge in the sort of oafish abuse which he favours. I shall simply publish the facts and evidence.
Meanwhile, concerning my appeal, “the wheels of justice turn slowly but grind exceedingly fine”. Bovey’s day of reckoning approaches and the consequences for him become more severe, the longer he tries to delay accepting responsibility for his actions.

It is absolutely ridiculous that anyone can be judged or penalised for holding their arm across their chest. The Football Association is a disgrace, promoting and encouraging such ridiculous political correctness. Shame on its weakness and paranoia for how it might be seen of it did not bend to the media hype.
Similarly, except for his closest allies, every commentator is scared to speak up for the difficult situation of Lord Rennard, probably a bit of a fool but undoubtedly the victim of manipulative and sanctimonious women, hiding behind their self-righteous feminist victimhood. There are two sides to this story.
All this is diversion, away from the issues that really matter to people. It feels suspiciously like rice pudding, sweet, satisfying, comforting. It’s what BBC and Sky do while the real news goes on in the background. You think this is what’s important or deserves your attention. Believe me, it doesn’t!
