Tiscali Dumps Homechoice

with 3 comments

In this competitive internet world, what happens when your ISP (and your long-established email address) gets taken over or merged into another organisation?

In a market where there are no prizes for customer service at all, what can you expect from a provider who already has a reputation as the blackest of the black sheep?

When Tiscali took over Homechoice about a year ago, the Homechoice website continued up until early this month. Last year there was a downtime of far too many days on the Homechoice POP servers and all sorts of problems with trying to administer email accounts. There was no explanation at all, let alone any apology.

Early this month everything went down again for several days. When the POP server came back up the website had disappeared leaving just a re-direct to the Tiscali homepage.

Then last week everything stopped again. Emails to Homechoice support were returned as undeliverable and those to Tiscali went unanswered. I went to Tiscali’s PR agency and then direct to the Tiscali’s Chief of PR and my own email address started working again.

I discovered today that Tiscali has dumped Homechoice. Apparently “legacy” Homechoice email addresses have been ported over to Tiscali’s own servers but it’s quite clear that there will be noi more support for creating or deleting email accounts or changing passwords.

The Tiscali insider I spoke to said himself “You’d think they could have sent out a letter or an email or something”.

Unfortunately, of course, this is just par for the course for this industry and Tiscali’s reputation is such that it seems to set the standards for abysmal and irresponsible customer service.

No explanation. No communication. No apology.

What Can We Do About The Zionist Nazi Pigs?

with 2 comments

Displaying their cynical cowardice and fundamental immorality, the Nazi Israelis withdrew their troops just in time for the inauguration.  Behind them they leave a trail of war crimes for which they must be held to account.  Any decent person would find it difficult to imagine how any group could behave so badly as to overshadow the evil perpertrated on them in the Holocaust but you bunch of brutal, evil thugs have surprised us all

Israel is now the Nazi power in the world.  It is beyond forgiveness or redemption.  Gaza is the new Auschwitz.  The only difference is that your method of death is not Zyklon B.  It may be bullet, shrapnel, falling masonry, illegal phosphorous bomb, starvation or something else.

Israel  is running a death camp in Gaza and those responsible must be held to account as the Nazis were.

How Can the BBC Get It So Wrong Again…And Again

leave a comment »

You’re going to be sacked now aren’t you Mr DG?  What are you – some sort of Zionist Nazi collaborator?  Your judgement is so poor, so out of touch, so utterly incompetent.  Move on and let someone with some intelligence and wisdom take the helm of this great organisation that deserves so much better.

Lord Taylor The Slut

leave a comment »

It’s hardly a surprise that members of the House Of Lords have been lining their own pockets by charging for political influence.   M’Lord Taylor you are just the first or the latest rather naive, bumbling old fool to be caught with your trousers down.  You can have no excuse.  You are “bang to rights”.  There is no room for such venal, inept corruption in our modern world.  Do the decent thing.

An Alternative Strategy For Israel

leave a comment »

Instead of committing genocide, instead of murdering hundreds of innocent women and children, instead of your ridiculous, inane, self-defeating behaviour, instead of condemning your nation to everlasting shame and ignominy, why not try this?

Your much vaunted special forces and Mossad take the responsibility themselves.  No tanks, no F16s, no naval bombardment.  No more cowardice. I am sure that Britain and the US will provide support.  One SAS squadron sacrificing itself  in the name of humanity can achieve infinitely more than you very small, very pathetic, very evil little men can even conceive.  Send in dozens, perhaps hundreds of special forces to take out the rocket launchers and the Hamas leaders.  They probably suffer dozens, perhaps hundreds of casualties but as trained soldiers that is their purpose.  It is not the purpose of women and children to die for your perverse, thuggish political ends.

I truly believe that Israel has now gone beyond redemption.  Nothing can forgive what you have done.  I can deal with you as individuals, many of whom will be against what has been done in your name but as a nation you are now pariahs, outcasts and  monsters.  “Vengeance is mine sayeth the Lord” and it is coming to you Israel, sooner or later, it is coming.    Ehud Olmert, Ehud Barak, you will get what you deserve.

Anne Frank – The BBC Gets It Wrong Again

leave a comment »

Isn’t it inappropriate, insensitive and downright crass of the BBC to be broadcasting ” The Diary Of Anne Frank” at a time when Palestinian children are being murdered by the Israelis?

Israel is behaving as a Nazi power.  Gaza is the equivalent of the Warsaw Ghetto.  For pity’s sake, 10 paramedics have been killed since the brutal,  inhuman land invasion.

In other respects the BBC is so oversensitive as to be absurd.  When John Sergeant resigned from “Strictly Come Dancing” it immediately offered refunds to anyone who had voted for him yet now, while women and children are massacred in Gaza by the evil Israelis, it wants us to watch this?

What Is Happening In Our Country?

Are we no longer allowed to protest in Britain?  What has happened to free speech?  Demonstrations are no longer allowed within the vicinity of Parliament.  Now,  peaceful protestors against the Israeli murderers are stamped on,  snuffed out by fascist police action.

Gordon Brown, you claim to be the leader of our nation but you disgrace yourself and you shame our proud history if you allow this to continue.  Children are dying in their beds in Gaza and you allow the police to stamp out our protest?  Shame on you!  I don’t give two hoots about your pathetic self-aggrandising financial machinations.  What I do care about and what I believe every right-thinking Briton cares about is our right to speak out against this genocide.  You are no longer worthy of any support, not even respect for the office that you have defiled.  We, the British people, do not need  nor deserve  cowardly, disgustingly two-faced, self-serving, political midgets like you.  We deserve much, much better.  Get out now because you are  not up to the job.  You have disgraced yourself and shamed us all.

I have just made a complaint to the Metropolitan Police about the disgusting, repressive and oppressive conduct of the police in connection with the protests outside the Israeli Embassy.  We will not tolerate this sort of behaviour in Britain.  I urge everyone who reads this to telephone the Metropolitan Police on 0300 123 1212 and add your complaint.

Genocide In Gaza

leave a comment »

I have no problem with dropping smart bombs on the heads of Hamas leaders.  I, along with most reasonable people, would even put up with a little collateral damage and come civilian casualties but what the Israelis are doing in Gaza is nothing short of genocide.  Israel’s leaders should be indicted on war crimes charges.

Hamas is undoutedly an evil organisation and the firing of rockets into Israel is unacceptable and must be stopped, if necessary, by force.  It is as nothing though compared to the brutality of Israel.  Remember that Hamas’ rockets are a reaction to the Israeli blockade of Gaza and are a proportionate response to Israel’s bullying.  Gaza is exactly the same as the Warsaw Ghetto and the Israeli state is doing a fine job of playing the Nazi role.

Bush is dead and gone and so he should be with the ludicrous comments he came out with yesterday.  I cannot believe that Barack Obama will allow Israel to continue as it is.  Indeed that is probably the very reason it  is doing what it is in advance of his inauguration.

Meanwhile our lily livered “leaders” sit on their fat, post-Christmas arses and do nothing.  They walk past on the other side while the women and children of Gaza burn

Back On The Wire

with one comment

I’m back.  Apologies to those who have missed my posts.  Thanks to the hundreds who have asked where I am.

Truth is that I was under the cloud of a vile, vicious, unforgiving flu virus.  If anything ever deserved the unremitting attentions of the Israeli Army and everything that Mossad has to offer then it was this.  Misery, depression, lack of motivation – nothing could have been more unforgiving and merciless in its attack.

I survived.  Perhaps Palestine will not.

As I emerged from under this dark cloud there was one thing that helped me through.  I have read about it for  months.  The HBO series, The Wire.  I have seen it described as the best thing ever on television.  These superlatives seemed different from most and as I immersed myself in the stories of Baltimore I understood why.

This is magnificent television. Wonderful characterisations not based on “star quality” or reputation but on acting ability.  Utterly credible dialogue, surely much of it improvised.

What seems at first glance as just another American cop show is revealed as the very best in drama, capturing every nuance of the human condition.

I pray for the people of Palestine.  I curse the evil Israeli state.  I look for hope in mutual understanding through drama like “The Wire”.

Police Misconduct

with one comment

The outrageous arrest and detention of Tory MP, Damian Green is a dangerous and worrying mistake of the most serious proportions.

Those responsible for this must be held to account for an error of judgement that is, literally, unforgiveable.

In this the Metroplitan Police should look to the BBC for an example rather than the banks or the government.  The people responsible must lose their jobs without compensation.
